Headless mobile SDK

Headless mobile SDK

The headless mobile SDK, for Android and iOS, is now available. With this SDK, you can embed the capabilities of Google Cloud CCaaS into your mobile app while retaining full control over the UI. The headless mobile SDK supports calls (including scheduled calls), chats, and email.

The following is a comparison of the headless mobile SDK and the mobile SDK v2.

Headless mobile SDK:

• Google Cloud CCaaS provides the core SDK engine: sessions, routing, channel logic, and more.
• You build the UI using your own design and components.
• Best for organizations that need brand consistency and full control over the look and feel of their mobile app.

Mobile SDK v2:

• Google Cloud CCaaS provides a pre-built UI with customization options.
• Best for organizations that want faster product deployment with less design and engineering effort.
