These terms apply when you use Cloud Releases. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The service

Cloud Releases lets you browse cloud providers' services and follow updates about them. The site is in development: features may change or be removed, and it may be unavailable from time to time.

Accounts

You can sign in with a link sent to your email address or with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to that email or Google account secure, and for what happens under your account. Give accurate information, and don't use an email address that isn't yours.

Acceptable use

When using the site, don't:

• break the law or infringe anyone else's rights;
• try to gain access to accounts, systems or data that aren't yours;
• disrupt the site or put an unreasonable load on it, including by automated scraping;
• use the site to send spam or to sign other people up.

Content and accuracy

Service information and updates come from each provider's public listings and announcements, and are collected automatically. Everything on the site is provided for general information only. It may be incomplete, out of date or wrong, so check the provider's own documentation before acting on it.

Trademarks and third parties

Cloud Releases is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any cloud provider. Product names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify the services. The site links to other websites, which we don't control and aren't responsible for.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how it is used.

Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, revenue or profit, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and may change or discontinue the site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
