This release addresses the following issues:
- Fixed an issue where the Branded caller ID label was truncated in the Outbound Number selector when the agent application language was set to French Canadian.
- Fixed an issue where inbound calls experienced significant delays in connecting after being assigned to an agent.
- Fixed an issue where whisper announcements played more than once and the call panel was slow to load in the agent desktop.
- Fixed an issue where Salesforce case creation was delayed until the end of a call for inbound callers without a matching contact record.
- Fixed an issue where callbacks to Norwegian, Danish, and Swedish landline numbers were incorrectly dialed with a +1 prefix, causing the calls to fail.
- Fixed an issue where merged call recordings incorrectly reported only the duration of the first segment in the Calls API.
- Salesforce account linking now completes only in the browser that started it. An authorization link opened in another browser or an incognito window is refused and can't be reused afterwards, and an administrator's Link New User action must be finished by the same signed-in administrator. Android and iOS agent apps link as before. This behavior is off by default and can be enabled per instance.
- Fixed an issue that affected call connection stability during active calls for instances using Agent Assist.
- Fixed an issue where virtual agent callback calls incorrectly required manual acceptance even when queues were configured for Auto-Answer.
- Fixed an issue where Telnyx and Twilio virtual agent calls remained stuck in a connected state for an extended period if the carrier didn't send a terminal status callback.
- Fixed an issue where SMS replies to auto-dismissed chats were incorrectly recorded as an agent timeout instead of an end-user timeout.
- Fixed an issue where the Unanswered Transferred Call Expiration setting wasn't enforced for calls parked in an overcapacity deflection state.
- Fixed an issue that affected connection stability and prevented calls from being accurately recorded as end-user hangups when callers hung up while waiting in a queue.
- Fixed an issue where the external Dynamic Contact Routing (DCR) new call event payload was missing the queue service level field.
- Fixed an issue where callers were disconnected when an agent finished their wrap-up following a queue transfer to a virtual agent.
- Fixed an issue where voice calls escalated from a virtual agent to a human agent reported inaccurate call-level queue and wait durations in reporting and data exports.
- Fixed an issue where unrecorded voicemails incorrectly created Salesforce cases even when the Create CRM records for abandoned calls setting was disabled.
- Fixed an issue where activating a new language in the CCaaS portal caused the Languages & Messages page to crash or display an infinite loading spinner.
- Fixed an issue where session metadata files were duplicated across different day folders in external storage when re-uploads occurred after midnight.
- Fixed an issue where voice calls became permanently stuck in a queued status without reaching a terminal state.
- Fixed an issue where active agents were incorrectly signed out due to inactivity because the system didn't recognize activity outside the embedded call panel.
- Fixed an issue where a permanent loading spinner appeared in the agent desktop top bar for instances with the email channel disabled.
- Fixed an issue where inbound keypad (DTMF) entries didn't reach the virtual agent during periods of stream instability or reconnection.
- Fixed an issue where the external Dynamic Contact Routing (DCR) new call event payload was missing required parameters.
- Fixed an issue where inbound calls involving a virtual agent didn't record an end time and duration when deflected to an overcapacity queue.
- Fixed an issue where call recordings weren't fetched or saved when CRM ticket creation failed.
- Fixed an issue where after-hours phone deflections didn't appear in the Deflections dashboard if the outbound dial timed out or failed.
- Fixed an issue where scheduled phone number obfuscation caused degraded performance for live calls.
- Fixed an issue where CRM ticket assignees weren't consistently updated following an agent's pickup of a chat.
- Fixed an issue where voice calls became stuck in a queued state after a caller selected a callback during a cold transfer to a specific agent.
- Fixed an issue where Smart Disposition suggestions weren't pre-selected on the wrap-up screen, causing the disposition field to remain empty after a call ended.
- Fixed an issue where calls were incorrectly routed to agents even when the minimum available agent floor wasn't met.
- Fixed an issue where cold transfers to a direct agent extension didn't trigger overcapacity deflection, leaving callers on hold until they disconnected.
- Fixed an issue where virtual agent replies were cut off or silenced when using bidirectional streaming with barge-in disabled.
- Fixed an issue where JSON chat transcripts in external storage contained unredacted message text even when the setting to store unredacted transcripts was disabled.
- Fixed an issue where the Keep Waiting label in the overcapacity deflection screen displayed an inconsistent font style compared to other menu options.
