Here are the pre-release notes for updates to the advanced reporting dashboards and other reporting in CCAI Platform. When we release these updates, we expect the new capabilities to be as shown here.

This release addresses the following issues:
Fixed an issue where the Branded caller ID label was truncated in the Outbound Number selector when the agent application language was set to French Canadian.

Scheduled callback for IVR overcapacity
Scheduled callback is now available as an overcapacity deflection option for IVR queues. When a queue is over capacity, callers can choose to schedule a callback.
