Configure dashboard filters as local filters

A dashboard filter, such as Compartment, can now also be configured as a local filter for an individual widget. For that widget, the local filter selection takes precedence.

Highlight linked widgets and filters

You can now identify the relationships between dashboard filters and widgets. When a dashboard is in view mode, click the Actions icon on a filter and select Highlight dependent widgets and filters to highlight the widgets and filters linked to this filter.

Simplify linking widgets to dashboard filters

When you add a filter to a dashboard that already contains widgets, a panel listing the widgets with an input parameter corresponding to the filter is displayed. These widgets are selected by default and are linked to the filter when you click Apply.

Add all widget inputs as local filters

The widget control panel menu now includes an All inputs option. Select All inputs to add all eligible widget inputs as local filters. Deselect All inputs to restore the widget to its default configuration.
