Log Analytics: Support to ingest logs from OCI Compute Cloud@Customer

Log Analytics now supports the ingestion of logs from OCI Compute Cloud@Customer using Service Connector through OCI Logging. The following new Oracle-defined resources are now available:

Oracle-defined source OCI Compute Cloud@Customer Infrastructure Logs
Oracle-defined parser OCI Compute Cloud@Customer Infrastructure Log Format
