This release introduces updates to CodeMender:

• Enhanced SARIF 2.1.0 reporting: Updated cm report SARIF output with standardized rule descriptors, severity properties, and repository-relative artifact locations for improved GitHub Code Scanning compatibility.
• Model invocation metrics: Added model invocation tracking to cm stats --json, providing total, per-session, and per-turn invocation counts.
• Bug fixes:
• Fixed an issue where token usage from completed turns was omitted from session logs during error or cancellation exit paths.
