Cloud Storage output support for Gemini image generation models

Direct Cloud Storage output persistence is generally available (GA) for Gemini Nano Banana 2.1 (gemini-nano-banana-2.1), Gemini 3.1 Flash Image (gemini-3.1-flash-image), Gemini 3.1 Flash-Lite Image (gemini-3.1-flash-lite-image), and Gemini 3 Pro Image (gemini-3-pro-image). You can set outputConfig.outputUriPrefix and generationConfig.responseFormat[].image.delivery to "URI" in generateContent and streamGenerateContent requests to write generated and edited images directly to a Cloud Storage bucket and receive the object URI in fileData.fileUri instead of inline bytes.
