General availability: Filtered export of DICOM data using filterConfig is now generally available (GA) in Cloud Healthcare API v1.

Preview: The FHIR bulk export Group POST feature is now available in Preview in Cloud Healthcare API v1beta1.

You can invoke the $export operation on a FHIR Group by using the HTTP POST method ( projects.locations.datasets.fhirStores.bulk-export-group-post ) to supply export parameters in the request body rather than through URL query parameters.

General availability: You can now bulk-delete specific FHIR resources by resource ID.

In the projects.locations.datasets.fhirStores.bulkDelete method, set the new gcsSource.uri field to a Cloud Storage file or wildcard pattern that lists the resources to delete. Each line must use the format {resourceType}/{resourceId}, for example Patient/123.
