Retirement: Azure VMware Solution AV36 node End of Support now August 30, 2027

Updated: Microsoft’s support lifecycle is evolving in alignment with VMware’s roadmap. Broadcom will end support for the current AV36 VCF version on September 30, 2027, and the AV36 SKU is not compatible with VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) 9, the next-generation platform.

As part of this transition, and to align with the AVS License-include service retirement, all AV36 SDDCs will be retired after August 30, 2027, regardless of individual RI expiration dates. On August 31, 2027, these SDDCs will no longer be accessible.
