Public Preview: Deployment Templates support packaging deployment configurations in registries for curated deployment

Deployment templates in Azure Machine Learning add public preview support for deploying from registries, expanding the set of model registries that customers can use as the source for a templated deployment. Deployment templates package a model, deployment configuration, and container information into a reusable artifact that platform teams can share with development teams. This update makes it easier for platform owners to standardize how a team deploys curated models from registries, while preserving governance through the template itself.
