Retirement: Azure Synapse Link for Azure Cosmos DB NoSQL

As of March 31, 2026, new Azure Cosmos DB NoSQL accounts can no longer enable Azure Synapse Link. Existing customers will remain fully supported until March 31, 2029, when Azure Synapse Link will reach end of life.
