Public Preview: Azure Logic Apps Codeful Workflows with Logic Apps Standard SDK.

Modern integration and automation teams increasingly want the flexibility of writing workflows directly in code while still benefiting from managed orchestration, enterprise connectors, and cloud-scale operational capabilities. Traditional workflow models can create friction for pro developers who prefer imperative programming patterns and code-first development experiences.

With Codeful Workflows, Azure Logic Apps extends Logic Apps Standard with a code-first authoring and execution model built on .NET and a first-class Logic Apps Standard SDK. This allows developers to:

• Implement and structure workflows directly in code using imperative programming patterns
• Develop, and test workflows locally, running workflows locally and in the cloud.
• Leverage Logic Apps Standard connectors and operational capabilities from code-first workflows
• Accelerate workflow development using familiar .NET tooling and AI-assisted code generation

By bringing a code-first experience to Logic Apps, Codeful Workflows helps organizations empower traditional developers to build integration and business process workflows faster without needing to create and maintain custom orchestration frameworks or boilerplate integration code.
