Updates to cross-region secret replication permissions
The permission requirements for cross-region secret replication in the Secret Management Service have been simplified as follows:
Secrets in Vault is now Secret Management Service
Secrets in Vault has separated into its own Secret Management Service. You can access the service from the Console under Identity and Security.
