New Autonomous AI Database Activity Overview Dashboard
You can now use the Oracle-defined Autonomous AI Database activity overview dashboard to monitor the activity, workload, and resource utilization of a single Autonomous AI Database.
Monitor and Manage Scheduler Jobs
You can now use Database Management to monitor and manage database scheduler jobs for a Managed Database. You can view scheduler jobs and their run information, create scheduler jobs, and perform management tasks on existing scheduler jobs.
Monitor SQL Firewall
You can now monitor SQL Firewall in the Security section. The new SQL Firewall tab provides visibility into SQL Firewall status, policy protection, and recent SQL Firewall activity.
Manage SQL Profiles
You can now view SQL profiles for a Managed Database and perform tasks such as enabling, disabling, dropping, and changing the category of a SQL profile.
Compare Period ADDM
You can now use Compare Period ADDM in Database Management to compare database performance between two time periods using options such as Same time yesterday and Same time last week.
Explore Database Management Using Demo Mode
You can now use demo mode in Database Management to explore monitoring and analysis capabilities without having to configure a monitored environment. Demo mode provides curated demo data in a read-only environment.
New Database Management Report Type in News Reports
Ops Insights News Reports now includes a Database Management report type. You can create a database fleet health summary report to receive weekly or daily insights on database fleet health, including open alarms, high CPU databases, unreachable databases, and open HA alarms.
Add ZPR Security Attributes to Database Management Private Endpoints
Zero Trust Packet Routing (ZPR) security attributes can now be added to private endpoints in Database Management. You can add security attributes when you create a private endpoint, or from the Private endpoint details page after the private endpoint is created.
Unified Database Security Monitoring
A unified Security view that enables monitoring of users, roles, profiles, and audit settings is now available.

MySQL HeatWave support within the Database Management service has been deprecated; however, it will remain available for use until January 29, 2027. For continued monitoring of MySQL HeatWave DB systems, it's recommended that you adopt an alternative solution before this date.
